If you have whatsoever other Launcher on your computer other than the one found on Mojang'south official website you must first do the following:
1 - Delete the Launchers that exist on your calculator that are non official Mojang;
2 - Restart your figurer;
3 - Download the original software once again and install:
https://www.minecraft.internet/en-us/download

If you lot don't have some other Launcher on your computer or have already deleted:
1 - Open Minecraft Laucher;
2 - If you are already logged in, click on your epitome and Gamertag in the upper left corner of the screen and and so on "Logout";
3 - If you lot are already logged out or not logged in to your account, delete all accounts registered in Launcher by clicking on the "Ten" next to each account;
4 - In Minecraft Launcher, enter the email and password of your Microsoft account!

I can't access the launcher or delete the accounts registered in it without logging dorsum into my business relationship though. when I click "log out" information technology simply brings me to the login screen with the microsoft/mojang login buttons. am I doing something incorrect?

Hmmm I propose you lot endeavour these basic troubleshooting steps!

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Cheque for Updates;

Click the Download and Install At present option, if available;

As well, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

Then try this:

Become to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select avant-garde options.

After that, click repair and so restore, open the app and try again.

And then practice the same for the Xbox app:

Become to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

If it however doesn't piece of work yous're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell control, and then you lot're going to open the gamepass app, it will ask you to download and install the game services again :

In the windows search bar blazon Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Blazon the command: "become-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Look for the process to finish and and so restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, information technology will ask yous to install the gaming services again, install it and try again.

Hello,

If you are even so having bug with the Launcher or seeing an error maxim that you can only play the Demo/Purchase after migration, you must Contact Mojang Back up. Unfortunately, Microsoft Back up does not have the tools to repair the launcher in any capacity across re-installing, resetting or repairing the app which you can do by going to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Minecraft Launcher.

Mojang can provide aid in this effect, this is not an uncommon error.
